It’s the very best and the earliest game that’s thought to sharpen our thoughts.  We are in need of logic, and wisdom to play this game.

Rubik’s Color Cube

To fit the same colors on every side of the block is a challenging task.  One requires patience and concentration to play with this game.

Sudoku
Another my favorite

This really is a mathematical game and needs intellect thus force us to awaken our unused brain.

 Rummy

Playing this game not just takes good fortune but also intelligence as we will need to forecast what cards our competitors may own.

Aside from the aforementioned ones, there are several other brain teasers that may enhance our memory and produce our mind sharp.

So, friends, these are very small practices to keep or enhance our memory sharp.

The basic funda to keep it in balance is to

●Eat right

●Workout for at least 20 minutes a day

●Follow a proper routine so that there will not be need of much multi-tasking.

●Sleep enough

●Remain hydrated

●And then feel free, play some game for 10-15minutes only, don’t be addictive to it.
