Consume Vitamin C and Vitamin D to increase the height
vitamin C and vitamin D helps in the absorption of calcium in our body. So make sure to have foods rich in these vitamins to help proper absorption of calcium.
Alternately have Vitamin C and D supplements along with calcium supplements. This will help to grow taller properly.
