For preparing methi water, take 1 TSF of Fenugreek Seeds

Take a glass of water and put the chopped Fenugreek Seeds into it. 

Cover it with a lid and keep it aside for 6-7 hours so that the water gets infused with the aroma of the fenugreek leaves completely. 

After 6-7 hours, filter the methi water using a strainer or muslin cloth to get rid of the remaining fenugreek particles.  

The final product can be consumed immediately but it is better to store it in the refrigerator in an airtight container for one day before consuming in order to enhance its properties.

Methi water for hair

Methi water is great for treating hair loss, keeping hair soft and shiny, and also for keeping your scalp healthy. You can make Methi water at home or simply buy it from local stores.

Wash your hair as normal and then apply this lukewarm Methi Water to your scalp. The last step is to keep this water in your hair for 2 hours before rinsing off.
